ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, BALL STATE UNIVERSITY

2018 - Present

Teach classes in the masters degree ABA program. Conduct research on topics that enhance the field of ABA and share the results through publications and presentations. Provide service to both the university and greater ABA community by serving on committees and participating in related activities.

INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANT, RISE LEARNING CENTER

2008-2009

Taught a young man with multiple disabilities in an self-contained academic setting. Provided prompting and behavior support during class. Gave small group instruction using SMART board technology. Supported the classroom teacher across multiple subjects.

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST, DAMAR SERVICES

2009 - 2011

Provided 1:1 behavioral services to a young man with multiple disabilities in a locked residential facility. Implemented behavior and educational plans as written. Maintained daily logs of progress. Assisted with other clients as needed.

CLINICAL DIRECTOR, BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS CENTER FOR AUTISM

2011 - 2014

Responsible for all clinical operations for an autism center. Hired and trained personnel, supervised programs for clients. Conducted initial assessments for new clients. Began as a therapist and was promoted to consultant and  director.

SENIOR CONSULTANT, PARTNERSHIP FOR BEHAVIOR CHANGE

2014 - Present

Provide ABA consultation and program supervision services for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Conduct or supervise assessments, create programs, and train staff in behavior analytic principles. Provide parent and staff training as needed.
